Salmon raised in Kotoura, central Tottori, using high-quality groundwater from Mt. Daisen. From eggs to adulthood, the fish are raised with care without any medicine. The biggest challenge in commercializing fish bone broth was to "have a stable supply of safe and reliable bones." This is the product we are proud of, made with ingredients we have finally found in the fourth year since setting up our workshop!
Salmon oil is said to be good not only for healthy skin and coat, but also for the health of the circulatory system and brain. Many people add it to their precious family's meals, right? Grand Salmon's bone broth is made without removing the "salmon oil," so we cherish the "salmon oil." The oil and broth are separated into two layers, so please shake well before using.
