KUUT use bones from cows carefully raised at the "Rokko Beef Ranch" in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, and natural water "Maro" nurtured by the nature of the Rokko Mountains, and make the stock in their workshop in Nishinomiya City. This is a locally produced bone broth made with ingredients from KUUT's hometown, Hyogo Prefecture.
This is the only KUUT broth that contains tendon meat. The meat is stewed until soft, then torn into small pieces by hand to make it easier to digest.
This is KUUT's most popular and satisfying soup stock.
